Digital Sender With the digital sender HP 9100C, Hewlett-Packard offers a completely new method of paper documents forwarding. The Digital Sender allows quick and easy sending of documents via eMail or Fax and manages tasks that are still done today by fax machines, copiers, internal mail and employees. Especially the eMail function highly increases the productivity in the companies and at the same time minimizes the costs for documents forwarding. With the Digital Sender even an extensive paper document can be sent quickly and low-priced in one workflow to one or several eMail or fax addresses. Optimal use is achieved in teams of 15-25 employees having average up to high paper volume. The Digital Sender is an independent eMail Client, digitalising paper documents and thus sending them automatically via the company network to an eMail server or fax server. The high spot of these products is its easy operation. Even non-professionals are able to work intuitively with it. The documents are either attached as .pdf or .tiff file to the eMail or sent as fax.
